Terms of Service

SastaQ ("SastaQ", "we", "us") operates a multi-vendor marketplace for digital software and AI subscriptions, accessible at sastaq.com and its subdomains. By using the platform you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have a guardian's consent) and can form a binding contract under applicable Indian law.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account; notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.
• Resell, share or transfer purchased credentials in breach of the underlying provider’s terms.
• Attempt to bypass security, scrape at scale, or disrupt the service or other users.
• Upload malware or content that infringes the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.

Listings on SastaQ are digital goods and subscriptions — software licences, account credentials, activation keys and similar. Delivery is electronic and typically instant. Because of the nature of digital goods, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Sellers must complete KYC verification and provide accurate business information.
• Sellers must have the lawful right to sell every item they list and honour the described terms, validity and warranty.
• Sellers must fulfil orders promptly and support buyers through the platform’s dispute process.
• SastaQ may review, delist or remove listings and may withhold payouts for orders under dispute or investigation.

Many products relate to third-party services (for example AI assistants, design tools or streaming apps). SastaQ does not authorise any use, resale or sharing of accounts that violates a third-party provider's own terms of service. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with the applicable provider's terms. SastaQ is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those providers unless stated.

All prices are listed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay via UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and SastaQ's in-platform wallet or SQ Tokens. Funds for an order may be held in escrow until delivery is confirmed.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SastaQ's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at the seat of SastaQ's registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform.
